Efficient Results-Driven Exercise!

Our specialized Genesis Strength Training Program is called Metabolic Resistance Training (M.R.T.) and focuses on re-building and maintaining muscle.  30 minutes two times a week is all you need with our program to transform your body from fat to toned muscle.

M.R.T. is a highly effective, advanced and safe exercise protocol that produces maximum results in minimum time under the guidance of our Genesis Certified Exercise Instructors.  In M.R.T, slower lifting reduces momentum, which requires the muscle to do most of the work. As a result, muscle fatigue is reached in a minimum amount of time thereby giving you a more efficient exercise outcome.  By performing each exercise in M.R.T. fashion, our clients are able to lose weight, restore and tone muscle, and transform their bodies in a minimum amount of time.

1 on 1 Personal Training

Your Genesis Certified trainer will design a Genesis exercise program specifically for you based on your fitness, strength, health and wellness goals. Using a combination of safe Nautilus equipment and our Technogym Kinesis machine you will get full body workout that will build lean muscle and boost your metabolism for 72 hours, in only 30 minutes!

Group Training

You, along with no more than 8 other people are led by one of our Genesis Certified trainers through a series of exercises using our Nautilus equipment.  We intentionally limit the number of participants so that each client can be closely monitored to ensure proper form and technique.

Combo Training

With our combo training package you get to experience the personalized service of 1 on 1 training and our small group training classes.
