download *100 Calorie-Count Chart*   *100 Calorie-Count Chart*

Statistically speaking, most people eat an average of 30 or so of the same foods week to week. Use this form to make a list of your favorite or "routine" foods you eat on a regular basis. Then, look up the amount that would equal 100 calories using any good calorie-counting resource or the food label on the package (Note the serving size).

Once completed, this chart is useful when attempting to stay close to your Recommended Daily Calorie Intake figure and training yourself to visually recognize what 100-calorie portions look like. It makes "counting calories" and losing weight 10 times easier!
