My 10-Week Intensive Coaching Program incorporates everything you need to lose weight, restore and tone muscle, regain your energy, and essentially reclaim the life you're living your body in.
As a participant in my 10-Week Intensive Coaching Program, you'll have access to me as your Master Coach through video conferencing, phone consultations, and email. I'll lead you every step of the way on your journey to a new YOU.
I evaluate, assess, design, and coach each participant personally so that you get the benefit of my 30+ years of exercise and nutrition research and experience so that you learn to do only what's required - no more or no less - to achieve the look and feel of the body you really want.
What To Expect During My 10-Week Intensive Coaching Program
First, I'll perform a complete Fitness & Body Composition Evaluation using our latest ultrasound technology to evaluate your body fat percentage, lean body mass, and your "transformation potential" for the 10 weeks we work together.
Then, based on these results, I will design a specific "transformational" exercise training program and diet nutrition regimen that will meet your specific requirements to achieve optimum results over the 10 weeks. We meet in person for a 1-Hour Orientation Consultation to discuss both your exercise and diet program. During this consultation, we'll also schedule our Daily and Weekly Accountability Checks for the 10 weeks, as this will have to become a priority in your personal schedule if you expect to reach your goals in the program.
Adapted to your personal physical challenges and goals, I'll share with you the latest proven "shortcuts" to body-transforming results. With your full cooperation, I'll work to designing a program that will streamline your success.

THE 10-WEEK INTENSIVE COACHING PACKAGE
My 10-Week Intensive Coaching Program package is geared for the individual who has a real passion for reaching his or her personal-best body. The package includes:
R Initial, Interim, and Final Intensive Coaching Program Assessments to find your starting point, your progress half way through, and your final achievement point. You receive a complete Physical Evaluation that includes measurement of weight, body composition (using our NEW BodyMetrix Ultrasound Body Composition Assessment System), and 5 circumference measurements around areas you are likely to lose excess body fat and restore/re-build lean body mass (muscle).
R Resting & Exercise Metabolism Testing to tell us the current condition of your metabolism, your burn rate of the food you eat, and the fuel mixture you use both at rest and during exercise. The results will also tell us how to design your diet and exercise program for optimum results.
R Assessment-Results Based Eating Plan designed to help shed extra weight while maintaining lean muscle. I will provide you with your Diet Configuration and sample meals throughout the program. I'll even help you take some of the foods and meals you currently eat and tweak them to enhance your results without causing you to back-slide. You'll learn a simple, highly-effective method of eating that will be suited to your metabolism as well as your calorie, protein, carbohydrate, and fat needs.
R Assessment-Results Based Exercise Training Program designed based on your Exercise Metabolism Testing results, your BodyMetrix Ultrasound Body Composition Assessment results, and your current fitness level. Both your strength training and cardio training regimens will be designed to maximize your goals in the program whether they be to shed extra fat weight, restore/build lean muscle, or both.
R Daily and Weekly Accountability Check-Ins - We'll set up a daily and weekly Accountability Schedule in which we'll communicate each day throughout the 10 weeks. This will occur using video conferencing (Skype), phone consultation, or email. Every day, we'll communicate by one of these three platforms to help you stay "on track" to achieving your goals in the program.
