VIDEO: 48 Hours Exposes Better And Faster Weight Loss Through Slow Strength Training
Rita Bryan, Co-Founder Of Genesis Personal Fitness

CBS News show 48 Hours recently interviewed a well-renown colleague and friend of ours, Adam Zickerman of Inform Fitness in Manhattan, NY.  While we differ slightly in our fitness philosophies, one thing we agree on is the power that slow strength training has in enhancing weight loss and improving your health.

If you're a client here at Genesis Personal Fitness, you already know that slow-cadence strength training is an integral part of our success formula in helping you achieve faster and more permanent weight (fat) loss, improve your energy level, turning back the "birthday clock" in how you look and feel.

48 Hours, the popular CBS News TV show, recently interviewed a very dear colleague and friend of ours, Adam Zickerman of Inform Fitness in Manhattan, NY.  Adam has been in the limelight for some time after he published his book Power Of 10 a few years ago, and has had the opportunity to train several celebrities in New York City, including Barbara Walters and 48 Hours correspondent Lesley Stahl.

While watching this video, pay particular attention to the intensity with which Adam's clients train under his supervision and see if you can notice some of the similarities we share in our approach to strength training here at Genesis Personal Fitness.
