Front Desk Receptionist
This front desk position requires one year of general office experience with a working knowledge of MS Word and the desire to interact with clients. Responsible to oversee and respond to day-to-day business in the club with respect to statistics, reception, telephone contact and all general needs of the center. We will give you the opportunity to learn and practice our exercise protocols so that you can help to enlighten callers inquiring about the program.

Level 1 Lifestyle Exercise Instructor
All Lifestyle Exercise Instructor candidates begin as a Small Group Exercise Instructor.  Their primary focus is to lead clients in a small group environment, through a pre-arranged format of strength-training exercises designed to enhance overall fitness, strength and endurance, and ensures that the safety of the clients is not compromised. The Small Group Exercise Instructor also serves to educate clients on various aspects of strength-training and cardio-aerobic fitness. The position requires that the hired individual enjoys working with people and can lead small groups of individuals in a set fitness routine.  Positive and effective interpersonal communication skills is the basis for good job performance in this position. 

Level 2 Lifestyle Exercise Instructor
After mastery of your skills as a Small Group Exercise Instructor, you are eligible to progress into working as a One-On-One Lifestyle Exercise Instructor.  These positions require up-to-date certifications in personal training.  In return for your enthusiasm and expertise, Genesis Personal Fitness offers a series of certified skills training sessions designed to improve your proficiency. Our One-On-One Lifestyle Exercise Instructors are encouraged to continue their fitness and management education and build the foundation to move into areas of additional responsibility.

Lifestyle Exercise Specialist
The Genesis Lifestyle Exercise Specialist identifies client goals, performs individualized health and fitness assessments, and implements progressive, personalized exercise prescriptions designed for clients.  This includes showing competence in performing all of the duties of a Level 1 and Level 2 Lifestyle Exercise Instructor such as leading clients in both small group and one-on-one formats of strength-training exercise designed to enhance overall fitness, muscular strength and stamina, as well as cardio-aerobic exercise while ensuring that the safety of the clients is not compromised.

The Genesis Lifestyle Exercise Specialist position requires that the individual stay actively involved in the ongoing promotion of weight loss and wellness programs for clients in the form of workshops, screenings, newsletters, lectures and wellness fairs.

The Genesis Lifestyle Exercise Specialist must have a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiologist, Kinesiology, Nursing or in a related field and hold one or more NCCA accredited certification such as ACSM, NSCA, NASM or ACE. 

Center Manager/Sales
This position requires two years of management experience, preferably in a health club environment. Responsible for all facets of the center including client satisfaction, employee management and training, marketing and new client sales. Genesis Personal Fitness provides certified skills training for your mastery of our proprietary exercise protocols. Your superior customer service skills will be challenged as you provide our clients with unparalleled support.

Weight Loss Counselor/Sales
This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the nutrition coaching or weight loss counseling field. Formal education from an accredited college in Clinical Nutrition or Nutrition Education is not required, but a plus. Responsible for implementing the Genesis Personal Fitness weight loss program on both a one-on-one and small group basis. It also includes sales of client programs and supplements. This position will give the the highly motivated candidate the opportunity to show our clients how successful they can be utilizing proper nutrition for effective weight loss and weight management. Their accomplishments become your achievements.
