The Genesis Weight Loss Philosophy

Escape The "One Diet Fits All" Myth!

Many people enter the realm of confusion as they begin their quest to lose weight.  Most diets are unhealthy and are not even useful for weight loss, because the lost weight invariably comes right back. 

Occasionally a diet will work for some lucky dieter, but for every dieter who loses weight, there thousands more who fail.  There is no one diet that works for everyone, and there probably never will be.  Why is this so??

BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE DIFFERENT...

Success in losing weight depends on the particular character of the person's metabolism.  If this vital factor is not considered, your attempt to lose weight will inevitably fail.  Without a system that determines what "type of body" a dieter has, the dieter is at the mercy of chance and guesswork.

There are very many different "body types" or types of metabolism.  This is why it can be a waste of time to try to lose weight, increase your energy, or create better health, harmony and balance in your system unless you know your particular Body Type.

People are not just different; they are different in scientifically predictable ways.  People have different types of metabolism.  Your Body Type not only affects the way you look, but also where you put on weight, what foods you crave, your energy level and even your personality.

  • What type of metabolism you have - that is, how quickly or slowly, efficiently or inefficiently, your body processes food.
  • How your body reacts to the three classes of foods - proteins, carbohydrates and fats.
  • Which foods are most useful to your type of metabolism.
  • How to eat to strengthen and balance your body's system.
  • How to achieve and maintain your ideal weight.
  • What foods you must eat to break the cycle of cravings and overweight.
  • How to conquer indigestion, bloating, fatigue, and allergies.

Knowing your body type also tells you a great deal about how you became overweight.
  It explains how you became fat - which foods you felt an irresistible craving for, and ate too much of in the past. It also explains how you appear in an overweight condition - where your fat deposits are and which parts of your body remain slimmer despite your being overweight.

Even more important, your body type determines your strategy for losing weight.  It determines which foods you must eliminate from your diet and which foods you must eat while you are dieting in order to free yourself from cravings and achieve metabolic balance.  It will even determine when you should eat and how much you should eat at each meal.
