"Slow Cadence" Strength
At Genesis, we are advocates
of "slow cadence" strength training principles delivered
through a series of bio-mechanically precise Nautilus exercise machines and
specifically designed to target, isolate, and strengthen all the major muscle
groups of the body. These specially-adapted exercise machines are designed
to reduce friction and compensate for variations in leverage.
As a result, the machines' resistance changes to work
with your natural body movements. These features
not only protect muscles and joints from injury, but they also enable clients to
re-build lost muscle more quickly and perform at peak levels.
Each strength training exercise focuses
on deliberately slow, controlled repetitions, correct body motion and
form. Your muscles do 100% of the work-with no help or cheating
by using the weight's own momentum. Under your trainer's supervision, you
